The Experience

A charity mountain day gives supporters a shared objective and a story to take back to their community. We help choose a challenge that is engaging and deliverable for the people taking part, rather than relying on the most demanding route on the map.

Who It’s For

Charities, workplace fundraising teams and supporters who want a guided UK challenge for a cause they have chosen.

What Could Be Arranged

  • Single-day hill or summit challenges.
  • Private challenge dates for your own supporters.
  • Different route or pace options where the venue allows.
  • A preparation programme linked to the demands of the event.

How We Plan It

We discuss the expected group, the fundraising purpose and the available time before recommending a route. Planning covers participants, staffing, access, communications and options for shortening or changing the activity.

Practical Arrangements

Specific events and dates are confirmed on enquiry. The delivery quote explains what is included, what the organiser provides and how activity costs relate to the money being raised. Summit or completion outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

What To Tell Us

Cause; preferred dates and region; expected numbers; participants’ experience; fundraising approach; and the activity budget.

Dates, availability, staffing and the final price are confirmed on enquiry. Your written quote sets out the agreed programme, inclusions and exclusions; access, routes and associated costs can change after publication.
