Climb & Fly
Scramble or climb a mountain route with the guiding team, then take a tandem flight down when conditions allow.
Discuss Your PlansThe Experience
Climb & Fly combines a guided mountain ascent with a tandem paragliding descent. The aim is a complete mountain journey: climb or scramble towards an agreed launch area, carrying the equipment needed for the day, then fly down with the pilot when the conditions are suitable.
Who It’s For
People who want the mountain ascent to be part of the experience, rather than simply arriving at a take-off by road or lift. The scramble, equipment-carrying arrangements and flying requirements must all suit your experience and fitness.
What Could Be Arranged
- A guided scramble or mountain route matched to the group.
- An agreed plan for carrying wings, harnesses and mountain equipment.
- A tandem flight from a suitable launch area with a qualified pilot.
- A planned descent on foot if conditions do not support flying.
How We Plan It
We plan the ascent, possible launch and descent together. Guiding and pilot arrangements are matched to the route and participants, with access and site requirements checked for the actual programme. Reaching the top is part of the day; the decision to launch depends on the conditions at the time.
Practical Arrangements
The joining information confirms who guides the mountain section, who flies with each participant, equipment arrangements and the walking alternative. Routes, launch sites and timings are agreed for the booking; the photographs illustrate the ascent-and-flight idea rather than promising a particular route or flying location.
