How We Plan It
Tell us the occasion, the atmosphere you want and who is coming. We discuss options that offer a worthwhile shared experience without assuming everyone has the same fitness or appetite for exposure.
Practical Arrangements
The meeting place, expected effort, kit and timings are agreed before the day. Activities require participants to be ready to follow the briefing; celebrations involving alcohol belong after the activity. Weather alternatives are part of the planning discussion.
