Qualified Mountain Professionals

Guided expeditions, run the way we'd want them run for us

Guiding, instruction, expedition medicine and safety consultancy, held to the same standard, under one roof — not a booking agent for someone else's trip.

Who We Are

One Team, Every Discipline

Most mountaineering companies run trips. We do that too — but the same team also teaches the skills that get you onto them, provides the medical cover that keeps you safe, and gets called on by film and TV productions, NHS trusts and charities for exactly that reason. One standard, whether it's a skills course in Wales or a summit push above 5,000m. Guiding, instructing, medicine, safety, or flying you off the summit — same team, every time.

Breadth

Every Discipline, One Team

Guiding, instruction, expedition medicine and safety planning, brought together around your objective.

A mountain journey draws on more than one skill. Summer walking calls for navigation and good decisions; winter and alpine terrain add snow, ice and rope systems. Medical preparation and a realistic plan for changing conditions sit alongside the climbing itself.

We bring those strands together when shaping your day, course or expedition. Tell us where you want to go and what you have done already, and we can discuss the guiding, preparation and specialist support appropriate to the objective.

  • Summer walking, winter mountaineering and climbing.
  • Skills development that supports the next stage of your mountain experience.
  • Medical and safety input matched to the location and programme.
Standards

Qualified Where It Isn’t Required

The right experience, preparation and professional qualifications for the terrain and the role.

The standard of a mountain day starts before anyone leaves the valley. We consider the group’s experience, the demands of the route and the conditions, then agree a programme and the professional support suited to it.

Qualifications are part of that picture, alongside practical experience, clear communication and knowing when to change the plan. For a technical alpine objective, a walking course or a medical brief, we discuss who will deliver the work and what their role covers.

  • A programme suited to the group rather than a fixed ambition at any cost.
  • Preparation, equipment and participation requirements discussed before booking.
  • Weather, conditions and descent options kept within the decision-making.
Trust

Trusted Beyond Expeditions

The same practical approach supports productions, charity challenges and teams working outdoors.

An outdoor project needs more than an attractive location. Production crews need workable access and time to do their job; charity organisers need a challenge suited to their participants; remote teams need a clear plan for support and changing conditions.

Our guiding, medical and consultancy services can contribute to those wider briefs. We start with what you are trying to achieve, clarify responsibilities and agree the people, preparation and logistics needed for the setting.

  • Practical support for filming in mountain and remote settings.
  • Bespoke challenges shaped around the group and the cause.
  • Medical planning and clear communication throughout the brief.
